15-06-2022

The initial activity in the Yamaha VR46 Master Camp program in Italy today is to conduct a MotoGP E-Sport Session again.
This game was always emphasized on Aldi Satya Mahendra, a Yamaha Indonesia coached rider and 4 other selected Yamaha VR46 Master Camp riders (Passkon Sanluang, Worapot Thongdonmaun, Md Aliff Danial Bin Muhammad Asri and Maike Abe).
They were trained to always consistently maintain concentration and consistency in the MotoGP video game. Then they carried out full track training activities.
The riders continued to be trained and deepened their flat track training at Valentino Rossi’s circuit called VR46 Motor Ranch in Tavullia, Italy. Moto2 rider Celestino Vietti (Mooney VR46 Racing Team) participated in training together.
Training on a flat track is very important in practicing body balance when dealing with soil tracks, including understanding the character of engine and understanding when to open and close the gas throttle.
In a flat track competition, 15-year old Aldi Satya Mahendra became the best. He successfully won the podium on the YZ250F bike. The second and third positions belonged to Passkon Sanluang and Worapot Thongdonmaun, both of them are come from Thailand.
Then the effort to improve racing skills was carried out by practicing the MiniGP Supermoto, which was based on a Yamaha YZ85 engine. But using asphalt tires or on road on the Jeepers Park track.
After doing training, a competition was also held. Finally, Aldi Satya Mahendra who used the start number #57 won the best podium again.
“Today at the Master Camp I did training in Galiano using R3 bike. Yesterday I had a discussion with Coach Alberto Azura. The new lesson that I can take today is that I can get to know the character of the circuit here and the character of riding R3 bike which is different from R25 bike. The achievements that I got during the training were getting four gold medals in the eSport, Flat Track, MiniGP and R3 categories. I was able to get a gold medal because during my training I was always focused without thinking about other matters,” said Aldi Satya Mahendra.
As a result, Aldi Satya Mahendra has won the podium 4 times. Previously, he won the MotoGP E-Sport Session. This is an achievement that proves his talent and potential. The Yamaha VR46 Master Camp activity ended with training using the YZF-R3 bikes produced in Indonesia. In this occasion, Aldi Satya Mahendra became the best in the competition using the YZF-R3 bike which has a 321 cylinder and it is used in the WorldSSP300 world racing.
