Aldi Satya Mahendra Ready to Practice with Valentino Rossi, Chosen to Join the Yamaha VR46 Master Camp in Italy

A young potential rider from Yogyakarta, Aldi Satya Mahendra was selected to take part in the Yamaha VR46 Master Camp program which will be held in Italy on 6-11 June 2022.

This activity is a special moment and also an important opportunity for Aldi Satya Mahendra to gain knowledge and racing skills-up, as well as better physical training methods.

This will be a special spirit when he returns to the Asia Production 250 (AP250) racing competition, the Asia Road Racing Championship 2022 (ARRC 2022) or national championships.

The various practices undertaken include Flat Track at Motor Ranch Tavullia, Fisio Gym, E-Sport Session, Soft Cross, Track Session, Mini Supermoto, R3 Session at Galliano Park and others. Of course, the Yamaha VR46 Master Camp participants will be trained by professional instructors.

Aldi will also meet and be motivated by MotoGP stars. Including the presence of the world champion 9 times, Valentino Rossi.

“I feel very happy to join the Master Camp because I have always wanted to participate in this activity and finally this year it can be realized. I really thank Yamaha Indonesia for giving me this opportunity, a part of the bLU cRU programs of Yamaha Indonesia.  The preparations that have been made before joining the Master Camp, I have participated in the ARRC Round 2 in Sepang and the results are quite satisfactory, thank God. I also can't wait to be able to practice at The Ranch track, as well as meet and practice directly with Valentino Rossi who was many-times world champion and also one of my idle. I hope that by participating in this Master Camp I can continue to develop and get the best results, and can use the knowledge gained later to improve my career as a rider. And one more my motivate is to meet and ride with Maiki Abe who is son of Norifumi “Norick” Abe and is Yamaha’s strong icon in its history. I am very much interested in this Japanese guy” said by the young Semakin Di Depan fighter Aldi Satya Mahendra.

It should be understood, this VR46 Master Camp is collaboration between Yamaha and VR46 in connection with skill and physical sharpening exercises in Italy. Those who are selected come from various countries and will undergo joint practice with the best riders at the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 levels who are members of the VR46 Riders Academy.

Hopefully Aldi Satya Mahendra can gain important lessons and valuable experiences in the Yamaha VR46 Master Camp which he will take part to become an important asset for him to compete in national and international racing.
