History Engraved! Wahyu Nugroho Reaches Podium at R3 bLU cRU European Cup Czech

This is an extraordinary achievement and this is the first history for Indonesian riders. Rider coached by Yamaha Racing Indonesia, Wahyu Nugroho won the 3rd podium in the first race of the R3 bLU cRU European Cup 2022 at the Autodrom Most Circuit, Czech Republic on Saturday (30 July 2022).

Struggle to Reach 3^rd Podium

Starting the race from the 10th starting grid, Wahyu Nugroho who carries the name of the bLU cRU Yamaha Racing Indonesia team, showed his all-out struggle. It was proven on the 2nd lap he was already in the 8th row. On the 5th lap, he was already in 6th place and on the 7th lap he was in 4^th place.

What was even more interesting was when he led the race on the 8th lap. The fight of one make race Yamaha YZF-R3 which has a 321 cc engine capacity was so tight.

Finally on the final lap (11th) he was able to finish in 3rd place. Even the time gap with the 2nd podium and the winner was so thin. They were only 0.018 and 0.028 seconds apart, respectively. This means that he has managed to find a racing rhythm and consistently places himself in the top group.

While in race 2, Wahyu Nugroho finished in 5th place. Referring to the results of the Czech Republic's R3 bLU cRU 2022 European Cup, Wahyu Nugroho added his points significantly. He was in 5th position with 101 points. He is getting closer to pursuing the rank above.

The next series of R3 bLU cRU European Cup 2022 will be held at the Magny-Cours Circuit French on 9-11 September 2022 later.
