Idemitsu bLU cRU Yamaha Sunday Race Series 1 Ready for 18-19 June 2022, First One Make Race of the Year

Good news for lovers of motorsport racing in the country, both from the Professional Rider (Pro Rider) or Community. After a-two year vacuum due to Covid-19 pandemic, the first series of the Idemitsu bLU cRU Yamaha Sunday Race 2022 is ready to be held at Sentul International Circuit, Bogor (18-19 June 2022).

Idemitsu is the main sponsor of the one make race presented by PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) which has been running since 2015. The Yamaha Sunday Race is the first motorsport race in Indonesia organized by the manufacturer.

Interestingly, the Idemitsu bLU cRU Yamaha Sunday Race 2022 Sentul is the first motorsport racing competition to be held this year while still observing the Covid-19 protocol in accordance with government regulations. This event can also be held thanks to the support from Yamalube, IRC, KYB, NGK and YES24 as sponsors.

The classes being contested are Superstock up to 1000 cc, then R25 Pro Rider, R25 Super Community Pro Rider, R25 Comm Pro Rider, R25 Comm A, R25 Comm B, R15 Pro Rider, R15 Idemitsu Junior Pro, R15 Comm Pro, R15 Comm A, R15 Comm B and R15 Comm B Beginner.

The top national teams are confirmed to take part in the Idemitsu bLU cRU Yamaha Sunday Race 2022 Sentul. Among them are the Yamaha RRS IRC team, Yamaha Bahtera Racing, Yamaha Akai Jaya, Yamaha HDS Racing, Yamaha Ziear The Strokes 55, Yamaha Aben Racing and many more, including privateer teams.

In addition, the Idemitsu Junior Pro coaching class has consistently been a medium for coaching young Yamaha riders. Not only talking about improving racing skill-ups on the Yamaha All New R15 bike, but also about discipline, communication and evaluation before and after practice or race to achieve better results.
