SHELL bLU cRU Yamaha Enduro Challenge Successfully Satisfies WR 155R User Community

The first round of racing titled SHELL bLU cRU Yamaha Enduro Challenge 2022 which took place in the Jungle Park area, Sentul, Bogor (1-2 October 2022) was conducted by 59 starters. They joined from various areas of the country.

The WR 155R Community A and WR 155R Community B classes became the two categories with the most participants of 24 starters respectively. They were classified based on their achievements and experiences in various Enduro or adventure events. This is done to create a fair competition and as an effort to uphold sportsmanship.

In terms of engine regulation, these two categories put forward the factory standard specifications of the Yamaha WR 155R.

All community participants are under the auspices of WR Owners Indonesia (WOI) which in fact already has many chapters.

WOI is under the support of PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM). Among those participating in the competition were WOI Chapters of Jakarta, Bandung, Bogor, Purwakarta and Semarang.

Meanwhile the “Best Riders” participated in WR 155R Advance class. Like Yamaha Mekar Motor team, they fielded 3 riders who had been more focused on national road races, namely Rey Ratukore, Aditya Fauzi and Joshua Mbeo. They competed with enduro champions with national achievements such as Muhammad Irfansyah and Muhammad Daffa.

In addition, educational steps were also carried out for hundreds of students from various vocational schools (SMKs). Among those who attended were from SMK Tirta jaya, SMK Cikarang Barat, SMK Sumber Daya, SMK Nusantara, SMK Pandu, SMK Vinama, SMK Pelita, SMK Bina Putera, SMK Bina Mandiri, SMK Trimitsa, SMKN 2 Kota Bekasi dan SMK Yasbam. They were given knowledge and experience related to the motorcycle industry and racing world.
