Wahyu Nugroho to Appear in WorldSSP300 World Championship

Semakin Di Depan fighters, Wahyu Nugroho will challenge to World Supersport 300 (WSSP300), in the 8th series of the prestigious event on 7-9 October at the Algarve International Circuit, Portimão, Portugal.

This is a valuable opportunity is given to Wahyu Nugroho as a part of YIMM’s bLU cRU program to sharpen his skills and mentality for fighting in the world level. He will ride on Yamaha YZF-R3 bikes with BR course team.

Wahyu Nugroho, the 19 years old fighter from Boyolali, Central Java has fought in the world level competition in the R3 bLU cRU European Championship 2022, having wonderful results with 6^th place in the final Rider’s standing, getting 2 times podiums on the 3 ^rd in Most Czech and on 2^nd in Magny Cours France. 

Wahyu Nugroho is ready to duet with Italian rider, Mirko Gennai, who is currently in the 8^th position of standing points and won 3^rd podium in race two of the previous race in Catalunya, Spain.

Wahyu Nugroho was born in Boyolali on 14 June 2003, 19 years old.  This year, he focused on the R3 bLU CRU European Cup 2022 racing and he was in 6^th place in the final standings of the competition using the YZF-R3 (321 cc) bike. He successfully reached 3^rd place in the Czech round and the 2^nd podium in the Magny Cours in French round.
