Yamaha Indonesia Announces Team and Racer “Semakin di Depan Fighter bLU cRU Pro Racer” Formation for 2023 International and National Events

PT. Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) marks its movement in the world of motorsport by Yamaha Racing Indonesia (YRI) 2023 season formation. Yamaha officially informs "Semakin di Depan Fighter bLU cRU Pro Racer"squad who will compete at Europe and Asia events.

”YIMM consistently conducts tiered career development for “Semakin di Depan Fighter bLU cRU Pro Racer” racers of Yamaha Racing Indonesia (YRI). Untuk Merah Putih Semakin di Depan, get achievements in international and national championship, as well as inspiring young racers in Indonesia. This is also bLU cRU Indonesia program implementation to take part in various competitions both overseas and in Indonesia with winning title target. We hope YRI racers will present best result in 2023. Yamaha Extremely Max !! Yamaha Racing Indonesia racers line up has 4 racers in Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) and 1 racer in R3 bLU cRU European Cup. Galang Hendra Pratama and new face AM Fadly will race with YZF-R6 in Supersport 600 (SS600) class ARRC. 2023 season also presents YRI racers in Asia Production (AP250) class, they are Wahyu Nugroho and M. Faerozi Toreqottullah riding YZF-R25. And Aldi Satya Mahendra will compete at 2023 R3 bLU cRU European Cup. Last year Aldi Satya Mahendra got WSS300 wild card in Catalunya, then joined VR46 Academy Master Camp being the best in 4 sessions that were contested.

As part of preparation, 4 Yamaha Racing Indonesia racers who will compete at Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) will take part in official test at Chang Internasional circuit (21-22 March) and race in first round at same circuit (24-26 March). While 1 racer will join R3 bLU cRU European Cup official test at Misano circuit Italy (9-10 April) and first round at Assen circuit Netherland (21-22 April).

Meanwhile, Yamaha Indonesia teams and racers also compete in OnePrix national championship and Mandalika Racing Series (MRS) championship.

Achievement target this season is to defend 2022 winning title. Supported with Yamaha MX King 150 motorcycle at OnePrix national championship, Yamaha won Expert class national champion through Reynaldi Pradhana and Novice class national champion through Dimas Juliatmoko. At MRS national championship, Yamaha racers will try their best to win championship title in Sport 150cc class and Sport 250 class.

At local competition, Yamaha also will conduct Yamaha One Make Race (YMR), they are bLU cRU Yamaha Enduro Challenge, bLU cRU Yamaha Sunday Race and bLU cRU Yamaha Endurance Festival.

Galang Hendra Pratama (SS600 ARRC)

I would like to thank Yamaha Racing Indonesia management for trusting me again and giving me opportunity to represent YRI team in the same championship and class. My 2023 target is to get better result, be able to get podium and be champion. This season I have to be more confident to quickly adapt to all circuits, with experiences and datas I have.

AM Fadly (SS600 ARRC)

Thank you Yamaha for trusting to work together in 2023, hopefully we can get satisfying result. What makes me interest joining Yamaha Racing Indonesia (YRI)  this year because I see such great potential or opportunity to get great acvhievement with YRI. In 2023 is the second time I race in SS600 class, now I more confident and ready to give the best, especially using Yamaha YZF-R6 motorcycle. My target is to be SS600 class champion and prepare everything that supports me to achieve that target with YRI.

M. Faerozi Toreqottullah (AP250 ARRC)

Thanks to Yamaha for giving me another opportunity to compete in AP250 class. I am still enthusiastic and optimistic facing challenge in AP250 class, after gaining a lot of experiences in SS600 class. My target and hope this year can get better result than last year, to reach top of podium. About strategy and preparation, filled with physical training from beginning of the year and optimal motorcycle practice.

Wahyu Nugroho (AP250 ARRC)

I thank Yamaha Racing Indonesia team for giving me opportunity and trusting me to take part in this year's ARRC. I will try to give my best to achieve maximum result. Also equipped with experiences I have, hope it can support me to fight in tight competition at ARRC.

Aldi Satya Mahendra (R3 bLU cRU European Cup)

This year I am very excited because my dream has come true to take part in R3 bLU cRU European Cup and targeting podium for each round. I have prepared myself in terms of weight, physique and great experience which has been learned at ARRC AP250 class since 2019 with Yamaha.
